I'm Raz Deshen — a developer and educator passionate about designing impactful learning experiences.
I lead the field of Artificial Intelligence in Education for a regional cluster of 12 municipalities in Israel. I develop digital learning tools, design interactive workshops, and build online modules that help teachers meaningfully integrate AI into their classrooms.
I'm a Full Stack Development graduate from John Bryce, with hands-on experience building learning platforms, responsive applications, and digital tools tailored for education.
Alongside my work, I study Psychology and Human Resources — a perspective that shapes how I understand people, learning, and growth.

I have completed a Full Stack course at John Bryce Tel Aviv. I have a strong affinity for working with React, Node.js, sockets, REST APIs, JSON, and MySQL.
Psychology and HR
I study Psychology and Human Resources with a focus on Organizational Consulting. This perspective helps me design user-centered digital experiences and communicate ideas in a way that’s clear, relevant, and engaging.
I’m especially interested in applying these insights to educational tools and learning environments — creating interfaces that not only work well, but also resonate with the people using them.

I have served in the Nachal Brigade as a commander, rookie sergeant and deputy staff sergeant.
Snowboard Instructor
As a snowboarding instructor at mount Hermon, I strongly believe that snowboarding offers a unique opportunity to conquer personal challenges and acquire valuable life skills.
In my work, I use set of cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional results. I am well-versed in React, a popular JavaScript library for building user interfaces, in which i can create dynamic and interactive web applications. With Node.js, I have the capability to develop server-side applications and handle data efficiently.
To facilitate real-time communication and seamless interactions, I utilize socket technology, allowing instant updates and live data exchange. By Leveraging REST APIs, I connect different components of applications to enable efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
Creating a Better World
I have been involved in the youth movement 'Acharai' and the nonprofit organization 'Ofek,' which focuse on engaging volunteers in national service activities and year service programs. As part of my service year in Tzameret program, I discovered the importance of social responsibility. Making a meaningful impact and contributing to a better world is of importance to me.
